If you are interested in being a mentor to a CFISD teen mom, please contact Lori Reynolds (281.463.9799). The time commitment will be small and the rewards will be great (and no tutoring involved)! If you have a heart for teen girls please consider trying this for the spring semester.

If you are currently out of work, underemployed or contemplating a job change, consider utilizing the free job search/career counseling services provided by George Gentry. He has assisted over 50 individuals in the past four years in the areas of resume preparation, networking techniques, use of job boards and recruiters and interview training. He works with a variety of individuals including recent graduates, administrative personnel, professionals and managers/ executives. Don't hesitate to contact him, he wants to help you!

January 16: Sr High Paintball at TXR Paintball. Meet at WHCC at 11 am. We will return at 3:30 pm. Bring a sack lunch. Cost is $30(bring money to paintball). You must have a TXR Paintball waiver to play.

January 17: Sr High Bible Study from 7 - 8:30 pm at the Dowell’s.January 17: Jr High Bible Study from 7 - 8:30 pm at the Ferguson’s.

January 18: Refuel starting at 3 pm. Hang out after school. Pizza will be served at 6 pm, cost is $3. Worship starts at 7 pm.

January 19: Lunch with the Ministers at Langham Creek HS

January 22: Family Devotional from 6 - 8 pm in the gym for all Jr and Sr high teens and families.
Please bring the following to share: last names A-M: sandwich plate (approx. 10 sandwiches); last names N-Z: sweet or salty snack. Drinks provided. A meeting for juniors, seniors and their parents will follow.

January 28: Guy’s Flag Football Tournament. Meet at WHCC at 7 am; we will return around 7 pm. Sign up now for teams. Cost is $10 per person (includes lunch) and is due January 18. We need dads to chaperone, please sign the list in The Well or YM booth.

February 24-25: Soul Link, an area wide youth rally at Bammel Church of Christ. Cost is $45 and must be turned in by February 8. Parents we need chaperones/drivers. Sign up at the YM booth or in The Well.
